Due to the high number of returning guests, and our special location on the beach, our resort books solid very early. In an effort to ensure your families vacation runs smoothly, please ensure your plans are firm. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Rates are guaranteed on the date of your booking. Rates are subject to change before your actual booking date.
Summer Stays: Rooms are not air-conditioned. Ocean breezes and fans provided.
Smoking Policy: Sea Edge Motel is a non-smoking property.
- Smoking or vaping is prohibited in all guest suites and on the grounds of Sea Edge Motel (outside of designated smoking area).
- Smoking or vaping in rooms can result in a fine of up to $300.00 per day.
- Smoking or vaping on the grounds (outside of the designated area) can result in a fine of up to $50.00 per incident.
